Reservation & Villa Policies:
As a small, independent property, we ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change and no-show policy. Please read carefully.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If your check-in date is less than 14 days away a deposit for the full amount is due.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date minus a $25 change/cancellation fee per room if reservation is shortened, changed or canceled at any time up to 30 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled or shortened less than 30 days before arrival, the guest is responsible for full payment of the original reservation. Refund requests can be made in writing, via mail or e-mail or online and must be confirmed by the hotel. No refunds for no shows or early check out. Travel or Trip Insurance is highly recommended, as Villa Santana cannot be responsible for illness, weather delays, event cancellations, or an airline’s inability to fulfill your ticket.
Credit Card Authorization and Payment:
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card and a valid ID must be presented at check in, at which time you will be charged the remainder of your room charge. For alternate forms of payment or third-party payment, please inquire.
Rates & Taxes:
All room rates are based on double occupancy and vary based on winter versus summer season; additional guests stay for $20 per night. Children age 12 and under stay at no additional charge. Rates do not include an Energy Surcharge of 15% and Hotel Tax of 11.5%.
Winter Season: Dec. 1 - April 30
Summer Season: May 1 – November 30
During the winter season there is a three-night minimum stay.
If you are planning a group vacation and would like to reserve all five rooms on the property, please contact us for a special package rate.
Hotel Accessibility: All guests are welcome at Villa Santana, however, please inquire with any special accommodations before making a reservation. We will do our best to guide you to the most suitable room.
Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., or earlier if available on request. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. noon.
Damage to Property:
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged for, or charged cleaning fees for, damaged, destroyed or excessively soiled towels, linens and other soft goods. For full property reservations and in other situations under management’s discretion, a damage and security deposit will be required.
